Better night at the gym

The night went substantially better… I had much better form on my snatch and thus found some interesting new places to be sore.

PS @ 63lb ; Snatch @ 53lb; BP @ 63lb, 73lb; 83lb; 93lb; 103lb

Reverse Hamstring Curls still “interesting” but I did better with my fear of falling off the GHD machine.

Dragon flags I gave a good go at, but didn’t do that well.
